Prior to going out, apply a moisturizer to the areas of your skin affected by eczema as well as covering the rest of your body with a sun block cream.
Go to the sunlight for only an hour. More could cause you to burn. An hour is enough for your body to produce the vitamins needed for your natural remedy for eczema.
When you return from your hour in the sun, have a bath and remove the moisturizer and sun block you applied earlier. It is important that you get rid of all traces of the sun block from your body.
The use of sunlight to produce the vitamins you need to treat your eczema in a natural way is great, but remember – in order to increase your chances of success, sunlight should be used as part of a complete natural remedy treatment.
